Purpose of processing

We process the data you provide (name, contact details, CV and employment documents) in order to manage your application, put you in touch with Dutch companies, arrange your relocation, accommodation and documents, and to send you job offers if you have requested them.

Legal basis

The legal basis is your express consent when you send us your application and the performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures arising from the employment or intermediation relationship.

Retention and recipients

We keep your data while there is an active relationship and afterwards for the legally required periods. Your data may be shared with the temporary employment agencies and client companies in the Netherlands we work with, always for the purpose of managing your employment.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@ijc.es. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
